At Laysyy, we want you to love what you wear the same way we felt making it. Still, we
understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we’ve designed a simple
return and exchange process to keep your shopping experience stress-free.
How to Start a Return/Exchange
• To request an exchange and return click here.
• Once your request is approved and the item passes quality check, our logistics
partner will attempt to pick up the parcel from your address.
• Please hand over the product in a secured package or in the original packaging
to ensure it reaches us safely.
Returns
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• A nominal fee of ₹150 will be applicable on all return and exchange requests.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in original packaging
with tags intact.
• A ₹150 return handling charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are allowed for size or color variations of the same product, subject
to availability.
• Sale/discounted items are not exchangeable or refundable.Refunds (Prepaid & COD Orders)
Prepaid orders: Refunds will be processed back to your original payment
method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
• COD orders: Refunds will be issued as partial refunds after deducting the ₹150
handling fee.
• Refunds will only be processed once the product passes our quality check.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of
delivery with photos/videos.
• In such cases, we’ll cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full
refund—no charges deducted.
Cancellation
As per our brand policy, cancellations are not possible once an order has been placed
so we encourage you to review your selections carefully before completing the
purchase.
