Shipping & Delivery


At Laysyy, we are committed to delivering your favorite tees safely, promptly, and efficiently. Our shipping and delivery policy outlines the procedures, timelines, and terms related to the shipment of your orders placed through our official platform.

1. Shipping Coverage
We currently provide shipping services across all regions of India. We are working diligently to expand our services internationally and will notify our customers once this option becomes available.

2. Order Processing Time
All orders placed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
We aim to ensure timely delivery, and our estimated shipping timelines are as follows:

Metropolitan Cities: 2–4 working days

Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 working days

Remote or Outlying Areas: 6–10 working days

Please note that these timelines are indicative and may vary based on location, external logistics factors, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural calamities, or national holidays.

 

An additional charge of ₹40 is applicable for all COD orders, regardless of order value.

All shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

5. Delivery Partners
We have partnered with leading and reliable courier services to ensure smooth and secure delivery of your orders. Our delivery agents are instructed to contact you prior to the final delivery attempt.

A maximum of three delivery attempts will be made. If the package is not accepted within these attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse, and the order may be cancelled or reshipped as per your instructions.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and/or SMS. You can use this ID to track the current status and location of your shipment through our logistics partner’s tracking portal.

If you do not receive a tracking update within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.

7. Delays or Issues in Delivery
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to external circumstances beyond our control. In such cases:

We will make every effort to notify you of the delay.

You may reach out to our support team for any assistance or further clarification regarding the status of your shipment.

8. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of order placement. Laysyy will not be liable for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

If a package is returned due to such errors:

Reshipment will be initiated after confirmation, and applicable re-shipping charges may be applied.

Refund requests for undelivered orders due to incorrect address will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
