At laysyy clothes, we are committed to offering premium-quality t-shirts that reflect comfort, style, and individuality. We want every customer to be completely happy with their purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected — whether it’s a sizing issue, a color mismatch, or simply a change of heart. That’s why we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange policy to make your shopping experience stress-free.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
The product should be free of any signs of wear, odor, or damage.
The request must include a valid order ID and a brief explanation for the return or exchange.
Returns will not be accepted if:
The product has been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
It is a clearance item, final sale, or purchased under a promotional offer unless it was delivered damaged or defective.
The return request is made after the 7-day window has passed.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
We’ve made our process easy and straightforward:

Send us an email at support@[yourbrand].com or use the ‘Contact Us’ form on our website with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
Wait for Approval:
Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. We may ask for images of the item if you received a defective or incorrect product.
Ship It Back:
Once approved, ship the item back to our return address provided in the email. Please ensure it’s properly packed to avoid damage in transit.
Refund or Replacement:
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate the refund or dispatch the replacement within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited to your original method of payment.
Return Shipping Policy
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.
We recommend using a trackable courier service for your return, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
If your return is approved and the item meets our eligibility criteria:
The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during purchase (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
Please note that depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer exchanges for:
The same design in a different size or color (subject to availability).
Damaged or incorrect products — in which case the exchange will be processed at no additional cost to you.
In case the desired size/color is out of stock, we’ll offer you the option of a full refund or a credit voucher for future purchases.
Important Notes
Items must be returned from the same address where they were originally delivered.
In case of multiple returns from a single order, we may require all items to be returned together.
Repeated return requests from a single customer may be flagged to prevent misuse of our flexible policy.
